New Life RTF Albany is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide therapeutic support to individuals facing complex mental health challenges. This role is essential in our trauma-informed model of care, offering a safe space for clients to explore healing and build emotional resilience.
As a clinician, you will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions. You will also collaborate with case managers, residential teams, and other providers to ensure integrated, holistic care. Our ideal candidate is client-centered, empathetic, and committed to empowering participants on their path to recovery.
Qualified applicants must hold an active Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) and have experience working with adults experiencing serious and persistent mental illness.
