Clinical Care

Clinical Care

At New Life RTF Albany, we partner with each individual to create a care plan that reflects their needs, goals, and preferences. Our clinical services may include medication management, case coordination, one-on-one counseling, and skill-building sessions. We believe that participants are the experts of their own lives—so we collaborate with them to develop a personalized treatment approach that supports long-term recovery and mental wellness.

Outpatient Mental Health Services

Getting the right support at the right time can make all the difference. During the initial intake, our team carefully assesses whether New Life RTF Albany is the best fit for the individual. Based on this evaluation, we assemble a personalized support team that may include a clinician, case manager, psychiatrist, or nurse. With the participant’s consent, we coordinate with their existing healthcare providers and social services as needed. We also help connect individuals with community resources to ensure well-rounded support aligned with their wellness plan.

Residential Mental Health Services

Some individuals may benefit from a structured, residential setting as part of their recovery. New Life RTF Albany offers licensed, 24/7 staffed housing programs designed to provide both safety and therapeutic structure. Within our residential programs, participants engage in daily living support, group activities, therapy, and skills development—all while working toward greater independence in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
